Under his leadership, the business has built a community of pilgrims who return year after year — not for a product, but for a relationship. Nahid leads the visa and academic advisory division at Hi Travels, bringing over a decade of experience in student counselling, international admissions, and global education guidance. She entered the industry at the age of 21, establishing her own consultancy and developing strong expertise in the UK and Canadian education systems through years of practical advisory work. Having travelled extensively across more than 30 countries, Nahid combines professional knowledge with first-hand international exposure. Her journeys often involve visiting university campuses, attending open days, and exploring student life on the ground, allowing her to provide guidance shaped by real-world experience rather than theory alone. She is also a frequent visitor to Makkah and Madinah, with a deep appreciation for the region’s lesser-known historical and spiritual landmarks beyond the traditional pilgrimage route. Over the years, she has built direct relationships with universities and awarding bodies in the UK and Canada, further strengthening the practical insight and international perspective she brings to students and travellers alike.
